We are Appointment Only Studio.


Your deposit contributes towards the cost of your tattoo and is non-refundable.

You must be 18 to get tattooed. No exceptions. Photo ID will be asked if you do look younger the 25 years old.

How do I go about booking a tattoo?

Bookings are made via the Bookings Link.

Do you do cover ups?

Our artists are able to do cover ups, but it is dependent on what you already have and what you would like to go over the top.

This can be discussed in consultations.

Do you do replica of someone else’s tattoo?

All of the work at Crow and Butterfly is custom and we will not copy other peoples work.

Can I bring a friend while I get tattooed?

We only have room for 1 guest.

Cancellation policy

We MUST have email confirmation  about a cancelled or rescheduled appointment.

We will need 7 days notice to reschedule an appointment or you will lose your deposit.


If you cancel an appointment you will lose your deposit.

How do deposits work?

We take a deposit when you book a tattoo to secure your appointment.

The amount of the deposit depends on the tattoo you are getting.

If you are having multiple sessions the deposit will come off your last appointment.

If you cancel an appointment, unfortunately you will lose your deposit.


If you completely change the design of a tattoo you will lose the deposit.


Appointments cannot be given to another person

Can I get tattooed under the age of 18?

We do not and will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18 years, even with parental consent.

Under the tattooing of Minors Act (1969), it is illegal to do so – please do not ask!

Are touch ups free?

Sometimes tattoos need a little touch up after they have healed, we are more than happy to do one touch up free of charge - 

Touch up appointments MUST be made within 4 weeks of the original appointment.

How do I heal my tattoo?

We will give a care sheet to go away with explaining everything.

Gift Certificates Exclude Friday & Saturday Bookings.

Gift certificates are redeemable on the day of the tattoo session only, we do not split hours.

Design preparation and set up time will be deducted from the voucher; time deducted will depend on level of detail, the positioning of the tattoo, size, colour/shading and the complexity of the design. Any remaining time will be lost unless agreed prior to the tattoo session, any remaining time cannot be redeemed for a cash refund.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Gift certificates resale is prohibited.

If the total exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid in full.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Gift certificates are only redeemable at Crow and Butterfly.

Crow and Butterfly reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the gift certificate, at any time without notice.
